Pequannock Township Little League is very pleased to tell you we closed our 2009 season with great success. In post-season play, our All-star 12-year old girls were district, section and state champions; 11-year old girls were district champions and the 10-year old girls were district and section champions,state runner-ups. The 11-year old boys were district champions. In addition, this past year we added new batting cages for the boys and girls, new flagpoles and new foul poles. Win or lose, all of the children walked away from the season having learned a little about our favorite American pastime. They made many friends, and had a wonderful time. Without the help of our community, this would not have been possible.

We would like to thank all who sponsored teams and or signs for the 2009 season. The money raised through sponsorship is a primary source of operating funds for the league. Your donations in 2009 enabled us to field over 75 teams made up of close to 800 township children, THANK YOU!

It is now time to look to the 2010 season; the terms for sponsorship are as follows:

• Team Sponsorship $250 Sponsor name imprinted on sponsored team practice shirts.
•  
• Sign Sponsor $250 Sponsor name & logo imprinted on 3’ x 5’ sign displayed on outfield fence of Washington Park ( new sponsor add $225 for cost of making sign)
•  
• Team & Sign Sponsor $400 All of the above (new sponsor please add $225 for cost of making sign)

Upon receipt of this information, please Email (Email is Preferable) or call us with your intentions regarding the 2010 season. In past years, we have made every attempt to honor requests to sponsor a specific team; we will attempt to do the same this year. The sooner we get your commitment, will give your request higher priority.

In 2010, Pequannock Little League is making some changes to the sponsor program and will offer a new payment program for sponsors.

• Team sponsors will now have their business name imprinted on a practice shirt for the girls and boys to keep. The player’s hats will now adorn the Pequannock Little League script “P”.

• Returning sponsors with both sign & teams the; $400 fee can be paid in two $200 installments starting in January, 2010 thru April with the final payment due on Monday, April 5^th.

• Returning sponsors with sign only or team only; the $250 fee can be paid in two monthly installments of $125 starting in January 2010 thru April with the final payment due on Monday, April 5^th.

• All new sponsors for both sign & team sponsorship will need to pay a one time upfront fee for the sign production expense of $225 plus the sponsorship fee of $400 and can be done in three monthly installments of $225 in January and two more of $200 with the final payment due by April 5^th, 2010.

• To pay via check, please return the attached voucher with payment to Pequannock Little League. This will give us sufficient time to assign sponsors to teams & have baseball hats and signs printed, and ready for opening day.
